So had a triple team of knife makes doing a Damascus class this weekend. Not often everyone wants the same thing but they were all happy with the end results. 15N20 and 75CR1 steels at 60 RC , two raindrop one ladder pattern, handles are gidgee.
Had Josh over for a basic forging class on the weekend. 75CR1 steel , brass guard, gidgee handle . We had enough time to do some file work on the spine and make a sheath . You know you have it sharp when you can impress a surgeon.
